I enjoyed my stay at the Lion Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was a highlight. a great variety of hot and cold options that set me up for the day. My room had a lovely view, which I appreciated. there were a few issues that could be improved. The room cleanliness wasn't quite up to standard, with a bit of dust visible in corners and under furniture. I also experienced some noise from internal doors, which disrupted my sleep. Parking was a challenge at peak times, definitely worth considering during busy periods.

A more extensive lift service would be beneficial.

Great for a family with kids
The staff were really amazing they helped me with my pram and bags which made my life so much easier, breakfast was a real treat too lots of choices and hot options it set me up for the day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local castle which my baby loved, you can’t put a price on good times like that.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what you get it's acceptable.

Charming Stay with Great Food
We enjoyed our 2-night family stay, especially the fantastic food selection. The room was comfortable and clean, though the floors creaked a bit, adding character. Be sure to try the local favorites at the onsite restaurant. It's a delightful experience in a beautiful area!

We really enjoyed our stay with clean, comfy rooms and an awesome buffet breakfast that kept us fueled for the day. Chilling in the garden and taking a dip in the pool was a perfect way to unwind after exploring. The decor felt a bit old-fashioned, but it didn’t spoil our fun at all! 😊

missingWrote a review on May 03friendly staffexcellent breakfastplenty of room
Had a great time with friends here! We took a tour to see the beautiful castles and enjoyed a day at a stunning beach nearby. Perfect for groups, plenty of room to hang out. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise from above, it can be a bit loud late at night.
